Lead functional implementations of Oracle HCM modules, specializing in Time and Labor.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3-4 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Time and Labor.
• Configure and deploy the Oracle Workforce Scheduling module.
• Translate business requirements into technical configurations within the Oracle HCM suite.
• Provide functional expertise on time tracking and workforce management workflows.
• Apply training and module concepts to real-world scheduling scenarios.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM environments.
• Deep functional expertise in Oracle Time and Labor.
• Proven track record of completing multiple full-scale implementations.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Workforce Scheduling.
• Ability to configure and deploy complex workforce management solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
