Description

You will design and execute the global roadmap for Oracle HCM implementation and system centralization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive global roadmap for Oracle HCM implementation.
  • Lead functional design and configuration for Core HCM, Performance, Recruiting Cloud, and Compensation modules.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Integrate Oracle HCM with existing systems while decommissioning legacy satellite HR systems.
  • Collaborate with HR architecture and technical teams to centralize international entities and acquisitions.

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in Oracle HCM implementations.
  • Expertise in Oracle HCM architecture and integration.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Core HCM, Performance, Recruiting Cloud, and Compensation modules.
  • Experience with Onboarding, Employee Self-Service, Manager Self-Service, and Learning & Development.
  • Proven ability to create enterprise-level solution roadmaps.
  • Experience managing stakeholders and technical requirements.
  • Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

  • Global implementation experience.
