Description

You will design and develop secure integration solutions for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, supporting hybrid environments with Azure and Informatica.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design integration solutions using Oracle APIs, middleware, and cloud-based tools.
• Develop secure, scalable integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and third-party applications.
• Implement data transformations using Oracle HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas, and HDL.
• Architect solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure Cloud to support hybrid environments.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership during HR digital transformation projects.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and its integration capabilities.
• Expertise in Oracle HCM APIs, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and HCM Data Loader (HDL).
• Proficiency with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP Web Services, and Middleware.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud services including Virtual Machines, Functions, Databases, and APIs.
• Experience with Informatica Cloud (IICS/IDMC) and ETL processes.
• Coding proficiency in Python, NodeJS, .NET/C#, and SQL.
• Strong understanding of HR and Payroll processes within Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Ability to ensure compliance with data security and privacy requirements for employee data.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle HCM Cloud certification.
• Azure certifications.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
