Description

You will lead Oracle HCM implementations from design through go-live, managing the full project lifecycle for Global HR, Absence & Benefits, and Talent Management.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Drive projects through all lifecycle phases, including environment planning, cutover planning, and process playback sessions.
• Lead business process sessions to help customers design and optimize their HCM processes.
• Design integrations between Oracle HCM and third-party payroll or other downstream systems.
• Configure approval workflows and create OTBI reports.
• Maintain all required project documentation and provide timely feedback to customers and internal teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with Oracle HCM applications, specifically Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Minimum of 4 end-to-end implementations covering Global HR, Absence & Benefits, and Talent Management.
• Proven experience as a Lead Consultant or Solution Architect.
• Ability to design integrations with third-party payroll systems.
• Proficiency in OTBI reporting and workflow configuration.
• Strong understanding of project implementation methodologies and phases.
• Any graduate degree.
