Description

You design and configure Oracle Learning Cloud solutions for healthcare compliance and workforce development.

Responsibilities

  • Design learning assignment rules that automatically enroll employees based on Position, Department, and Location.
  • Configure compliance tracking for mandatory clinical training, including Joint Commission, HIPAA, and state mandates.
  • Govern integration between Oracle Learning and Core HCM to trigger assignments for new hires, transfers, and position changes.
  • Develop OTBI dashboards reporting completion rates, overdue training, and certification expiry by facility and job family.
  • Lead testing cycles and mentor learning analysts as the functional escalation point for design decisions.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, including 2+ years specifically on Oracle Learning Cloud.
  • Minimum 2 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
  • Deep expertise configuring learning assignment rules driven by Core HCM data structures.
  • Strong understanding of clinical compliance requirements (Joint Commission, CMS, HIPAA).
  • Experience configuring certification and license expiry tracking with automated alert workflows.
  • Familiarity with PeopleSoft Enterprise Learning Management data structures for legacy migration.
  • Ability to design learning compliance dashboards and reporting.
