Description

Design and implement Oracle Cloud HCM solutions for business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain HCM configuration using Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Create functional and technical designs based on business requirements.
• Review and evaluate quarterly updates, including Redwood, and execute required testing within timelines.
• Guide functional leads and business process owners through configuration and testing phases.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth integration of Oracle Fusion HCM with other systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Strong expertise in HCM Configuration.
• Proficiency in Absence Management and Benefits Administration.
• Ability to design solutions that meet stakeholder needs.
• Experience providing technical expertise in design, development, and implementation.
• Strong troubleshooting and user support capabilities.
