Description

You will manage and deliver technical integrations and data management solutions within the Oracle HCM ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute HCM integrations using HCM extract, HCM API, and HDL imports.
• Deliver techno-functional support for data conversion, reporting, and application integrations.
• Build reports and manage data using OTBI, BI Publisher, and HDL/SDL.
• Troubleshoot integration issues to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
• Document integration processes, technical designs, and troubleshooting steps.

Required Skills

• 6-12 years of experience in Oracle HCM integrations.
• Proficiency with HCM extract, HCM API integration, and HDL imports.
• Hands-on experience with OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Expertise in HDL/SDL for data management.
• Strong understanding of Oracle HCM workflows and reporting.
• Ability to work independently on complex problem-solving tasks.
• Strong technical documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Functional knowledge of compensation and equity areas within Oracle HCM.
• Familiarity with Mulesoft.
