Description

You will serve as the technical architect and lead for Oracle HCM implementations, focusing on Recruiting and Payroll modules.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain code to solve complex technical and functional problems.
• Build and configure Recruiting journeys, workflows, and onboarding processes.
• Develop and modify Payroll fast formulas and payroll workflows.
• Create business reports and handle table customizations.
• Troubleshoot end-to-end technical and functional issues within the HCM suite.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in an Oracle HCM Architect or Tech Lead capacity.
• Deep functional and technical expertise in Oracle Recruiting.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Payroll module configuration.
• Proficiency in writing and modifying Payroll fast formulas.
• Experience with APEX, OBIS, and VBCS.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Strong reporting and report creation skills for business requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing the balance of 60-70% technical and 30-40% functional tasks.
