Description

You will own the technical design, development, and implementation of solutions within Oracle Cloud HCM.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for interfaces, reports, and extensions.
• Design and document RICEW objects and prepare solution blueprints for implementation.
• Design, develop, and implement inbound and outbound integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Lead on-premise to Oracle Fusion HCM conversion projects, managing data migration via HDL.
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, from planning to go-live.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud technical development.
• Expertise in designing and building integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and PL/SQL.
• Proficiency in developing reports using OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Experience with data conversions using HCM Extracts and HDL.
• Experience developing extensions using ATP, XML, JavaScript, and Web Services.
• Knowledge of HCM base tables to support integration efforts.
• Familiarity with Oracle technologies like Redwood Pages and OGL.
