Description

Lead the technical transition from PeopleSoft to Oracle HCM Cloud SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end migration from PeopleSoft to HCM Cloud SaaS, including initial setup.
• Execute system initialization and user configuration.
• Implement and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) protocols.
• Develop and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM and DBA roles.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud SaaS implementation.
• Proven track record managing transitions from PeopleSoft to Cloud environments.
• Proficiency with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Experience setting up users and configuring Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
