Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide technical consulting for Oracle HCM implementations, enhancements, and support across Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS.
• Develop and maintain SQL and PL/SQL components to support data validation, integrations, and technical troubleshooting.
• Design and implement technical solutions within Oracle Applications and Oracle HCM, ensuring alignment with functional requirements.
• Support integration and data migration activities involving Oracle HCM, including analysis of data issues and resolution.
• Collaborate with functional teams to produce technical specifications, test support, and deployment-ready deliverables.

Skills Required:

• 5-12 years of relevant experience as an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant
• SQL and PL/SQL for data extraction, validation, and technical problem resolution
• Oracle Fusion and Oracle Applications experience for HCM technical implementation
• Oracle EBS technical experience and strong technical consulting background

Good to Have:

• Cloud Applications experience
• Oracle Analytics experience

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Master's Degree in Information Technology
