Design and implement technical solutions for Oracle HCM Cloud, focusing on compensation, payroll, and data integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HCM Extracts and Fast Formulas to meet business requirements.
• Utilize HDL (HCM Data Loader) for inbound data integration and management.
• Provide optimal technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Apply functional knowledge of HCM Cloud Executive Compensation and Payroll.
• Translate business needs into technical implementations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Expertise in HCM Extracts and Fast Formulas.
• Working knowledge of HDL and inbound integrations.
• Functional understanding of Executive Compensation and Payroll.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical implementations.
