Description

You will provide technical consulting for Oracle HCM implementations, enhancements, and support across Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SQL and PL/SQL components for data validation, integrations, and technical troubleshooting.
• Design and implement technical solutions within Oracle Applications and Oracle HCM to align with functional requirements.
• Support integration and data migration activities, including analysis of data issues and resolution.
• Collaborate with functional teams to produce technical specifications, test support, and deployment-ready deliverables.

Required Skills

• 5-12 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data extraction, validation, and problem resolution.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion and Oracle Applications for HCM technical implementation.
• Proven background in Oracle EBS technical consulting.
• Experience with Cloud Applications.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Master's Degree in Information Technology.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Analytics.
