Description

Lead technical configurations and customizations for Oracle HCM implementations, managing the full lifecycle from requirements to UAT.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define technical requirements with clients and drive new business needs.
• Configure Oracle technical environments and manage SIT and UAT processes.
• Develop, implement, and maintain Oracle Technical Fast Formulas, reports, and interfaces.
• Create training materials and conduct technical sessions for client resources.
• Provide weekly status updates and technical reports to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of consulting or industry experience.
• Expertise in developing and configuring Oracle Technical customizations.
• Hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle Technical Fast Formulas.
• Proven ability to develop new interfaces and maintain existing ones.
• Experience building and maintaining Oracle reports.
• Ability to work within complex environments requiring multi-product solutions and product integration.
• Strong client interaction and communication skills for end-user consulting.
• Experience coordinating issue resolution during UAT.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
