You will own the technical delivery of Oracle HCM implementations, covering the full lifecycle from design to deployment.
Responsibilities
Facilitate global design sessions and secure stakeholder agreement on solution architecture.
Document as-is process flows and define optimal to-be business processes.
Configure Oracle HCM solutions and adapt for specific localization or business unit requirements.
Develop and execute test strategies to validate solution integrity and confirm successful deployment.
Proactively identify technical risks and escalate issues to project leadership.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in Oracle ERP/HCM project implementations as a technical developer.
Completed at least 2 full Oracle Cloud (Fusion) or EBS project implementations.
Expert-level proficiency in PL/SQL and SQL for building complex Oracle components.
Deep knowledge of underlying database structures for Oracle Cloud (Fusion) or EBS.
Hands-on experience with BI Publisher reports, migration tools, and workflow components.
Core HR expertise combined with functional knowledge in Absence Management, Time & Labor, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Talent, Learning, or Recruiting.
Proven ability to work effectively in an onshore/offshore delivery model.
