Description

You will own the technical delivery of Oracle HCM implementations, covering the full lifecycle from design to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate global design sessions and secure stakeholder agreement on solution architecture.
• Document as-is process flows and define optimal to-be business processes.
• Configure Oracle HCM solutions and adapt for specific localization or business unit requirements.
• Develop and execute test strategies to validate solution integrity and confirm successful deployment.
• Proactively identify technical risks and escalate issues to project leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle ERP/HCM project implementations as a technical developer.
• Completed at least 2 full Oracle Cloud (Fusion) or EBS project implementations.
• Expert-level proficiency in PL/SQL and SQL for building complex Oracle components.
• Deep knowledge of underlying database structures for Oracle Cloud (Fusion) or EBS.
• Hands-on experience with BI Publisher reports, migration tools, and workflow components.
• Core HR expertise combined with functional knowledge in Absence Management, Time & Labor, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Talent, Learning, or Recruiting.
• Proven ability to work effectively in an onshore/offshore delivery model.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Familiarity with rapid deployment methodologies.
