Description

You will lead technical deliverables across the full software implementation lifecycle for Oracle HCM solutions, from global design agreements to successful deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Document client as-is process flows and define optimal to-be business states.
• Adapt solution configurations for specific business unit localization and requirements.
• Develop test strategies to validate solutions and confirm successful deployment.
• Identify project risks and proactively alert leadership to issues.
• Provide ongoing implementation and technical support services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle ERP/HCM project implementations as a technical developer.
• Completed at least 2 full Oracle Cloud (Fusion) or EBS project implementations.
• Core HR expertise with experience in Absence Management, Time and Labor, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Talent Management, Learning, or Recruiting.
• Extensive knowledge of underlying database structures for Oracle Cloud (Fusion) or EBS.
• Strong technical skills building complex components using PL/SQL and SQL.
• Extensive experience with BI Publisher reports, Migration, and Workflow components.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles and onshore/offshore delivery models.
