Description

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale Oracle HCM initiatives, managing the full SDLC for HR, Payroll, and HRIT projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end SDLC for HR, Payroll, and HRIT initiatives from definition through implementation.
• Coordinate release windows and integrate release tasks into comprehensive project plans.
• Direct communication with over 20 downstream integration vendors regarding upgrades and outages.
• Oversee contractor onboarding, offboarding, and security management protocols.
• Track independent workstreams including WFSA, HRIT, Managed Services, and Payroll using custom communication tools and tollgates.

Required Skills

• Completion of 4 or more Oracle HCM technical implementations.
• Extensive experience with SQL, HR Data Loader, and HCM Extracts.
• Proficiency in Payroll Batch Loader and Oracle Security.
• Hands-on experience with REST API and Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Technical expertise in Core HR, Benefits, Talent Management, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Taleo, Payroll, Time and Labor, or Absence modules.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
