Lead SaaS, IT, and software implementation projects for a federal client, managing complex initiatives from design through delivery.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full software development life cycle (SDLC) and direct quality assurance practices to ensure integrity and compliance.
• Coordinate project workflows using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Manage database, programming, and network technology integration.
• Utilize project planning tools to maintain organized documentation and timelines.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in technical project management.
• Expertise in SaaS, IT, and software implementation.
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with database and programming technologies.
• Experience using Microsoft Project, Visio, Jira, and SharePoint.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Ability to manage complex technical requirements and quality assurance processes.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
• Scrum certification.
