Description

Manage data conversion strategies and technical execution for Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle HCM/SCM Cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute data conversion strategies, mapping legacy data to Oracle Cloud structures.
• Develop and optimize ETL processes to ensure accurate data migration and integrity.
• Build and execute extraction scripts using SQL and PL/SQL for complex transformations.
• Perform bulk data uploads using FBDI, ADFDI, and HCM Data Loader (HDL).
• Support functional teams during integration and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data conversion and ETL processes.
• Expertise in Oracle EBS R12 HRMMS data structures and conversions.
• Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud data conversion and HCM Data Loader (HDL).
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and PL/SQL.
• Deep understanding of HRMMS and HCM Cloud modules.
• Experience handling sensitive HR and payroll data during migrations.
• Proven ability to map, transform, and validate large, complex datasets.

• Any Graduate degree.
