Roles and Responsibilities:

• Gather and translate HR business requirements into Oracle HCM configuration and techno-functional solutions.
• Implement, configure, and support Oracle HCM processes within Oracle Fusion and Oracle Applications.
• Develop and optimize SQL and PL/SQL for data validation, reporting support, and troubleshooting.
• Support integrations and service orchestration using Oracle Integration and Oracle SOA Suite where applicable.
• Provide technical consulting across design, testing support, issue resolution, and production readiness for HCM releases.

Skills Required:

• 5-12 years of relevant Oracle HCM techno-functional consulting experience
• Oracle HCM and Human Capital Management (HCM) techno-functional implementation experience
• Oracle Fusion and Oracle Applications configuration and support experience
• SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting
• Technical consulting experience across Oracle HCM delivery, testing support, and issue resolution

Good to Have:

• Oracle Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Analytics, Oracle Integration, Oracle SOA Suite

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Master's Degree in Information Technology
