Description

You will deliver techno-functional solutions within the Oracle HCM ecosystem, bridging technical implementation with functional business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI reports.
• Execute data migrations and manage HCM extracts.
• Implement fast formulas and manage backend processes using SQL.
• Provide functional support and training for Core HR, Absence, Payroll, and Performance & Goal Management modules.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Oracle HCM implementations.
• Expertise in BI Publisher (BIP) reporting.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for backend reporting.
• Hands-on experience with HCM extracts and fast formula implementation.
• Deep functional knowledge of Core HR, Absence, Payroll, and Performance & Goal Management.
• Proven experience in data migration processes.
• Ability to support and train clients on HCM functionalities.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cloud Fusion.
