You will implement and manage Oracle HCM functional modules, bridging technical configuration with business process requirements.
Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Oracle HCM functional modules for specific HR business processes.
- Manage system settings and ensure alignment with organizational HR policies.
- Provide technical and functional support for assigned modules throughout the lifecycle.
- Support end-to-end implementation cycles within the Oracle HCM suite.
Required Skills
- 4 to 8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Techno-Functional roles.
- Direct experience with at least one of the following: Compensation, Talent & Performance, Learning, Absence Management, or Core HR.
- Proficiency in Oracle HCM configuration and implementation.
- Ability to join within an immediate to 30-day notice period.
- Any graduate degree.
