Description

You will implement and manage Oracle HCM functional modules, bridging technical configuration with business process requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure Oracle HCM functional modules for specific HR business processes.
  • Manage system settings and ensure alignment with organizational HR policies.
  • Provide technical and functional support for assigned modules throughout the lifecycle.
  • Support end-to-end implementation cycles within the Oracle HCM suite.

Required Skills

  • 4 to 8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Techno-Functional roles.
  • Direct experience with at least one of the following: Compensation, Talent & Performance, Learning, Absence Management, or Core HR.
  • Proficiency in Oracle HCM configuration and implementation.
  • Ability to join within an immediate to 30-day notice period.
  • Any graduate degree.
