Description

Manage technical and functional requirements within Oracle Cloud HCM environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute technical validation of data against object definitions prior to loading.
• Prepare and load HCM Data Loader (HDL) files in collaboration with functional teams.
• Investigate and resolve HCM Data Loader import and load errors.
• Develop Fast Formulas across all key modules.
• Perform testing and rollouts for quarterly patch updates.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Payroll (US) including Elements, Balances, Payroll Relationship, Calculation cards, costing, and US Taxation.
• Proficiency with HCM Data Loader (HDL).
• Experience with Fusion reporting tools including BIP and OTBI.
• Ability to write Fast Formulas.
• Functional understanding of Core HCM, including Person Management, Assignment, Talent Profiles, Workforce structures, and Compensation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
