Description

Manage Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and technical configurations for global delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the Oracle release cycle and manage application updates.
• Develop reports and interfaces using Oracle BI Reporting.
• Configure approval workflows and manage global payroll interfaces.
• Engage with business users, stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams.
• Execute unit testing and follow test-driven development methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
• Hands-on experience with HCM Extracts and HDL.
• Proficiency in Oracle HCM modules including WFM, LMS, and Recruitment Cloud.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience working within a global delivery model.
• Adept project management skills.
• Ability to develop complex interfaces and reporting structures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with test-driven development (TDD).
