Drive Oracle Cloud HCM implementations and module configurations as a techno-functional expert.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end solutions for Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) processes.
• Implement and configure Core HR, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, and Compensation modules.
• Design and execute customizations within Fusion using HCM Experience Design Studio and Page Composer.
• Manage complex data requirements by leveraging the HCM Cloud data model.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proven track record on 1-3 Oracle Cloud HCM projects in a techno-functional capacity.
• Deep expertise in Base Compensation, Workforce Compensation, Individual Compensation, and Total Rewards.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM modules including Core HR and Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL joins to navigate the HCM Cloud data model.
• Technical experience with Fusion customization tools: HCM Experience Design Studio and Page Composer.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
