Description

Own the technical and functional delivery of Oracle HCM implementations and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Consult on business processes to align operations with Oracle HCM capabilities.
• Manage integrations between Oracle HR and other Oracle Applications.
• Provide technical expertise across the Oracle HCM technology stack.
• Support the end-to-end functional and technical lifecycle of Oracle HR modules.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM environments.
• Deep expertise in Oracle HR and Oracle Applications.
• Proven ability to handle technical integrations within the Oracle ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of Oracle HCM business processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
