Description

You own the configuration, integration, and technical support of Oracle Cloud HCM modules.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Core HR, Absence, Talent Management, Learning, Compensation, and Benefits modules.
• Manage technical integrations using HCM Extracts and BIP reports.
• Translate functional requirements into technical solutions within Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Maintain and optimize existing HCM configurations and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate data flow and system performance.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Hands-on expertise in at least three functional modules: Core HR, Absence, Talent Management, Learning, Compensation, or Benefits.
• Strong technical skills in Oracle HCM Extracts for data integration.
• Proficiency in creating and managing BIP (BI Publisher) reports.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM configuration and customization.
• Ability to troubleshoot functional and technical issues in the HCM environment.
• Any Graduate degree.
