Description

You will lead data migration activities for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, managing interface testing, configuration, and go-live phases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead data migration activities, including interface and data migration testing for HCM Cloud projects.
• Facilitate requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing, and go-live phases.
• Manage global design preparation and facilitate agreement on functional processes.
• Identify, assess, and resolve complex functional issues and problems.
• Execute data loading using HDL and HCM extracts.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of experience in Data Migration roles.
• 3–4 years of implementation experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
• Deep functional knowledge of Core HR, Recruitment, Talent Management, and Learning modules.
• Technical proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Fast Formulas and Personalization.
• Expertise in reporting using OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Hands-on experience with HDL and HCM extracts.
• Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud data models and HR business process data flows.
• Working knowledge of EBS R12 for all modules.
