Description

You will maintain and support Oracle HCM during the transition from Oracle EBS to SAP SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support Oracle HCM through configuration and issue tracking.
• Handle report requests and provide support for managers, employees, and HR.
• Manage payroll issues and provide support within ADP.
• Support timesheet processing and monitor the Data Bridge for benefit and retirement deductions.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of techno-functional experience with Oracle HCM EBS and Fusion.
• Direct experience with Oracle HCM and resolving payroll issues.
• Proven ability to provide technical and functional support to HR and payroll teams.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and the HR Director.
• Ability to work on-site in a hybrid capacity in the Houston area.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ADP payroll systems.
• Experience with the Oracle Compensation Module.
