Description

Lead Oracle Cloud HCM implementations for Talent Management, Workforce Compensation, or Recruiting modules. Configure and manage application security in Oracle Cloud or On-Premise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM implementations for specified modules.
• Configure and manage application security settings for Cloud and On-Premise environments.
• Support the EBS security team by managing complex application security setups.
• Maintain system availability during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in techno-functional roles.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
• Deep knowledge of Talent Management, Workforce Compensation, or Recruiting modules.
• Proven experience with Oracle Cloud or Oracle On-Premise application security configuration.
• Direct experience working within EBS security frameworks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work full-time on a fixed schedule.

• Graduate degree in any discipline.
