Description

You will serve as a remote technical and functional expert for Oracle HCM implementations, bridging business requirements with technical configuration.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end implementations focusing on Core HR and US Payroll modules.
• Develop and manage HCM Extracts to support data integration requirements.
• Build and maintain complex reports within the Oracle HCM ecosystem.
• Translate functional business needs into technical configuration and solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Techno-Functional roles.
• Hands-on experience with Core HR implementation.
• Deep functional and technical knowledge of US Payroll.
• Proficiency in developing and managing HCM Extracts.
• Expertise in Oracle HCM reporting tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
