Description

You will implement Oracle Cloud HCM modules and configure application security for enterprise environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement Oracle Cloud HCM modules including Talent Management, Workforce Compensation, and Recruiting.
• Configure and build application security within Oracle Cloud or Oracle On-Premise environments.
• Support the EBS security team with technical and functional security setups.
• Maintain availability for 8 hours a day, Monday through Friday, following EST business hours.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle environments.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
• Functional expertise in Talent Management, Workforce Compensation, or Recruiting modules.
• Proven experience with Oracle Cloud or Oracle On-Premise application security configuration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
