Description

Lead quality assurance efforts for Oracle HCM applications through automated testing and process oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own quality outcomes and oversee the end-to-end quality assurance process.
• Identify regression test cases and build dedicated regression suites.
• Recommend process improvements to increase test coverage and reduce time to market.
• Provide functional testing status, metrics, and reports to the Test Manager.
• Collaborate with the automation team to provide functional knowledge of business process flows.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Test Automation specifically on Oracle HCM applications.
• Experience with scriptless automation tools, preferably Opkey.
• Strong analytical skills for identifying process improvements.
• Proven ability to manage testing activities against strict schedules.
• Effective communication skills for reporting and team collaboration.
• Any Graduate degree.
