Description

You will lead functional testing efforts for Oracle HCM, owning ERP testing phases for large transformation projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP testing phases for large transformation projects.
• Conduct QA and Smoke Testing cycles.
• Provide functional leadership across in-scope HCM modules.
• Facilitate training for testing teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with Fusion HCM testing.
• Expertise in HCM Analytics.
• Proven experience leading testing as an independent party.
• Functional knowledge of HCM modules including Recruiting, Talent & Touchpoints, Workforce Compensation, Incentive Compensation, Workforce Scheduling/Labor Optimization, and HR Service Delivery.
• Strong grasp of HCM Analytics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading testing for large-scale ERP transformations.
