Description

You will manage Oracle Cloud PMS implementations from project inception through to closure. You will track client objectives, scope, schedules, and budgets while creating detailed project plans that include resource allocation, milestones, and dependencies. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery and analyze complex business problems to identify appropriate solutions. You will also identify opportunities to expand and strengthen client business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage Oracle Cloud PMS implementations from inception to closure.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, including resource allocation, milestones, and dependencies.
• Track client objectives, scope, schedules, and budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Analyze complex business problems to identify and implement appropriate solutions.

Required Skills

• Deep domain knowledge of Oracle PMS.
• Proven experience in Project Management.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, specifically MS Project and Visio.
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Superior written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Strong interpersonal, listening, and conflict management skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented approach to project execution.

Preferred Skills

• 3 years of experience in Oracle Hospitality OPERA Cloud PMS implementation.
