Description

You will bridge business operations and IT to optimize the Oracle HRIS portfolio, leading system enhancements and resource teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations for technical delivery.
• Design system solutions using SDLC and AIM implementation methodologies to improve business processes.
• Develop and execute system test plans, including integration, acceptance, and defect resolution.
• Troubleshoot application issues and partner with developers and DBAs to resolve functional defects.
• Elicit, document, and prioritize requirements by interviewing business users and leading deployment work plans.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in HR technology applications and business process development.
• Hands-on Oracle Cloud HCM experience covering Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Performance Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Management, Self Service, Payroll, and Time & Labor.
• Deep understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency with ITIL frameworks and AIM implementation management methodology.
• Experience conducting cost-benefit analysis for application improvements and product selection.
• Proven track record in user acceptance testing and requirements documentation.
• Strong ability to lead teams and facilitate knowledge transfer.
