Key Skills: Oracle, HRMS, Cloud Fusion, Oracle HCM

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide L1/L2 support for Oracle Fusion HCM production issues across HR, recruiting, talent, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Perform functional troubleshooting, incident analysis, and root-cause investigation for HCM process failures and configuration issues.
• Support quarterly Oracle Cloud releases through impact assessment, regression validation, and business readiness coordination.
• Maintain and troubleshoot HCM reporting and data extraction using HCM Extracts, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
• Coordinate integrations and data loads across Oracle HCM and downstream applications using REST APIs, OIC, HDL, and HSDL.

Skills Required:

• 8 to 10 years of relevant Oracle HCM techno-functional support experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, and Talent Management modules.
• Working knowledge of Fusion Setup Manager, BPM workflow configuration, and Oracle HCM security controls.
• Experience supporting HCM reporting, data extracts, and operational reporting requirements.
• Experience with production support, incident resolution, release management, and integration troubleshooting.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to Core HR, Learning, Absence Management, Payroll, Fast Formula, and Oracle Integration Cloud monitoring.

Education: B.Tech, B.E., or BCA in any branch
