Description

You will serve as the primary technical support engineer for the Oracle Hyperion product suite, ensuring system stability and timely issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve user support issues to meet established service level agreements.
• Monitor application performance, logs, backups, events, scripts, and jobs.
• Collaborate with Oracle global support to resolve customer service requests.
• Partner with business user groups to conduct complete root cause analysis for incidents.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of application development and support experience with Hyperion EPM version 11 or above.
• Proficiency in Oracle Hyperion EPM (EPBCS) and Hyperion Planning.
• Expertise in Essbase (BSO/ASO) and Essbase Studio.
• Hands-on experience with FDMEE/ODI and DRM/EDMCS.
• Technical knowledge of SmartView and IBM Cognos Command Center.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Performance Management, Budgeting, and Planning.
• Competency in PL/SQL and Oracle database environments.
• Experience working within a Fortune 500 environment.
• Degree in any graduate field.
