Description

You will manage and maintain the Oracle IAM 11g suite to ensure system stability and security.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the Oracle IAM 11g suite, including the State custom enterprise user management component.
• Apply security patches, Oracle support updates, and environment upgrades such as Java.
• Manage digital certificates by creating CSRs and applying certificates.
• Troubleshoot identity and access issues reported via incident and work order tickets.
• Support disaster recovery exercises and provide on-call coverage during peak periods.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience supporting Oracle Identity and Access Management suite, specifically OIM, OAAM, and OUD.
• Experience with Oracle Database and Oracle Weblogic.
• Proficiency with Linux operating systems and log analysis for troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of integration methods: Header Based, Secure LDAP, Websphere TAI, SAML, and OAuth.
• Ability to work with SOAP and REST API calls.
• Experience meeting SLA response requirements across various severity levels.
• Any Graduate degree.
