You will serve as an L3 Subject Matter Expert for Oracle Identity Manager, owning the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IDM environments.
Responsibilities
Debug incidents involving user identity provisioning, de-provisioning, account reconciliation, and workflow approvals.
Perform upgrades of Oracle Identity Manager and associated components, including applying hotfixes and patches.
Produce Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for problem tickets and manage vendor support requests for product bugs.
Verify IDM configurations such as rules, connectors, and policies prior to production releases.
Maintain environment uptime through proactive monitoring and review deployment architectures.
Required Skills
8+ years of experience in IAM, including at least 5 years in L3 level support.
Expertise in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) as an L3 SME.
Hands-on experience with Symantec Identity Manager, SailPoint, or Saviynt.
Proficiency in Java/J2EE, LDAP, SSL, RDBMS, and Linux.
Experience developing OIM forms for provisioning and entitlement catalog use cases.
Ability to integrate IAM with Active Directory, CRM, Salesforce, Databases, LDAP, and REST API applications.
Competency in writing Shell, PowerShell, or JavaScript.
Experience with WebLogic, Apache, and IIS application servers.
Understanding of Change Management and release management processes.

Availability to work shifts and weekends to support a 24x7 operations model.
