Description

You will serve as an L3 Subject Matter Expert for Oracle Identity Manager, owning the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IDM environments.

Responsibilities

• Debug incidents involving user identity provisioning, de-provisioning, account reconciliation, and workflow approvals.
• Perform upgrades of Oracle Identity Manager and associated components, including applying hotfixes and patches.
• Produce Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for problem tickets and manage vendor support requests for product bugs.
• Verify IDM configurations such as rules, connectors, and policies prior to production releases.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in IAM, including at least 5 years in L3 level support.
• Expertise in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) as an L3 SME.
• Hands-on experience with Symantec Identity Manager, SailPoint, or Saviynt.
• Proficiency in Java/J2EE, LDAP, SSL, RDBMS, and Linux.
• Experience developing OIM forms for provisioning and entitlement catalog use cases.
• Ability to integrate IAM with Active Directory, CRM, Salesforce, Databases, LDAP, and REST API applications.
• Competency in writing Shell, PowerShell, or JavaScript.

Preferred Skills

• Availability to work shifts and weekends to support a 24x7 operations model.
