Description

You will architect, implement, and maintain the full Oracle Identity Management software suite, including OIM and OIG.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions for user identities and entitlements.
• Oversee the architecture and operations of Production and Non-Production OIM environments.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of user identities across enterprise resources using OIM and OIG.
• Drive continuous improvement and maintenance of OIM and OIG systems.
• Ensure optimal performance of provisioning solutions through strategic architecture.

Required Skills

• 10 years of experience in Oracle Identity Management.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM).
• Expertise in Oracle Identity Governance (OIG).
• Proven experience designing and maintaining IAM architectures.
• Strong technical leadership in managing enterprise identity lifecycles.
• Experience managing production-scale identity environments.

Preferred Skills

• 3 years tenure in current or similar architectural roles.
