Description

You will manage and support Oracle Identity Manager within a Scrum environment.

Responsibilities

• Run jobs, monitor system performance, and resolve exceptions to maintain stability.
• Handle production incidents and support requests within defined SLAs.
• Troubleshoot access issues and escalate complex problems as necessary.
• Update Standard Operation Procedures and runbooks in SharePoint.
• Execute scheduled tasks to support deployments and releases.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of experience with Oracle Identity Manager.
• Experience managing production incidents and meeting SLA requirements.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting access and identity management issues.
• Ability to document process changes in SharePoint.
• Experience working within a Scrum framework.
• Background in supporting software deployments and releases.
