Job Details:

Must Have: Oracle Identity Manager experience .
Running of jobs, monitoring and resolving exceptions.
Handling production incidents and support requests within our SLA.
Provide support and troubleshooting for access issues and escalate as necessary.
Incorporating process changes and updates into the Standard Operation Procedures Runbook in SharePoint.
Participate in all Scrum ceremonies.
Perform scheduled tasks supporting deployments and releases.
