Description

Design and implement Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) solutions to meet business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement OIM architectures, including connector configuration for application integration.
• Configure roles, policies, and certifications to ensure governance compliance.
• Build and configure OIM in-built tasks such as aggregation, ID refresh, scheduled tasks, and correlation.
• Develop custom OIM life cycle management (LCM) events, map rules, and workflows.
• Execute deployment activities, including third-party system integration and custom rule development.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience in OIM development and implementation.
• Proven ability to integrate and configure connectors for various applications.
• Hands-on experience configuring OIM roles, policies, and certifications.
• Deep understanding of OIM life cycle management (LCM) event development.
• Experience building OIM map rules and custom workflows.
• Technical knowledge of aggregation, ID refresh, and correlation tasks.
• Exposure to Identity and Access Governance and automated provisioning.
• Knowledge of Single Sign-On, Federation, and Privileged Account Management.
