Description

You will serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) processes, leading the design and implementation of complex identity solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and configuration of OIM Java/J2EE components, including JML provisioning, deprovisioning, recertification, and RBAC workflows.
• Analyze and implement identity governance processes, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements for access requests and SoD policies.
• Guide engineering teams on best practices for integrating OIM APIs, SDKs, and database models to extract and write back identity data.
• Develop custom certification UIs and role management layers on top of OIM, SailPoint, and IBM ISIM.
• Manage dependencies and communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve technical roadblocks and meet fixed SLAs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise environments, with at least 6 years as an OIM Java developer.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) components, services, and dependencies.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, J2EE, OIM APIs, and SDKs.
• Proficiency in AD, LDAP, directories, and databases/SQL.
• Experience with SailPoint IIQ, IBM ISIM, or IBM TIM.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM integrations and workflows.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix, PowerShell, and Python scripting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with networking, DNS, and ServiceNow ITSM.
• Ability to guide application architecture and design teams on IGA best practices.
