Description

Own the design, development, and integration of Oracle Identity Manager solutions, ensuring robust governance and provisioning workflows.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure OIM components, services, and dependencies for JML, Recertification, and RBAC.
• Build application integrations using OIM Java/J2EE APIs and database models to extract data and invoke activities.
• Implement Identity Governance processes including provisioning, deprovisioning, and SoD policies.
• Guide engineering teams on OIM API integrations and manage dependencies with stakeholders.
• Resolve technical roadblocks and coordinate with client-facing teams to meet fixed SLAs.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on Oracle Identity Manager developer experience.
• Strong Java and J2EE development skills, including scripting with PowerShell, Unix, or Python.
• In-depth knowledge of AD, LDAP, directories, and databases/SQL.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM workflows and OIM integrations.
• Understanding of SailPoint IIQ, IBM ISIM, or IBM TIM.
• Proficiency in networking, DNS, and Linux/Unix environments.
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions and manage project timelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex RBAC and SoD policy implementations.
• Strong client-facing and presentation skills.
