Description

You will own the implementation, maintenance, and migration of Oracle IAM 12c components.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Oracle IAM 12c components including WebLogic, OIM, SOA, BI Publisher, OAM, OAA, OARM, and OID.
• Develop custom solutions using OIG/OAM REST and Java APIs for custom UI pages, scheduled jobs, and automation.
• Design and implement SSO integrations using OAM and other IAM tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across production and non-production IAM environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the Identity & Access Management (IAM) domain.
• Strong Java development skills with hands-on experience using OIG/OAM REST and Java APIs.
• In-depth understanding of authentication and authorization concepts (SSO, Identity Federation, MFA, SAML, OAuth, OIDC).
• Extensive experience with IAM principles: RBAC, ABAC, least privilege, segregation of duties.
• Hands-on development with Scheduled Jobs, Adapters, Event Handlers, Notifications Plugins, and custom connectors (ICF/CI).
• Strong SQL skills for custom queries, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Experience working with LDAP directories (OID, Active Directory, etc.).
• Experience with BI Publisher report creation, updates, migration, and maintenance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience upgrading Oracle FMW from 12c to 14c.
• Knowledge of WebAuthn / FIDO2, device-based authentication, and Zero Trust identity concepts.
