Description

Manage the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Cloud Payroll systems and integrations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and troubleshoot system components including Fast Formulas, HCM Extract, OTBI, BI Publisher, PL-SQL, and OIC.
• Support end-to-end US payroll implementation and manage integrations between HR, Compensation, and Payroll.
• Execute on-cycle and off-cycle payroll process flows, GL costing, and third-party file creation.
• Perform data loading using HDL and HSDL loaders for payroll-related items.
• Conduct testing for Payroll OHCM processes, document bugs, and collaborate with developers to implement fixes.

Required Skills

• 3-6+ years of experience in payroll technology or implementation.
• Certified Oracle Cloud Payroll Practitioner.
• Proven experience with end-to-end US Payroll implementations.
• Deep technical knowledge of the Oracle Cloud Payroll product.
• Expertise in Fast Formulas, HCM Extract, OTBI, BI Publisher, and PL-SQL.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Strong understanding of US Taxes, Payroll Processing, and Payroll Accounting.
• Knowledge of end-to-end integrations between HR, Compensation, and Payroll.
• Ability to use HDL and HSDL loaders for data management.
