Description

You will manage large-scale Oracle Fusion implementation projects from initial scope definition through to stabilization.

Responsibilities

• Lead project phases including business case development, scope definition, and implementation execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams comprising HR, IT, external consultants, and third-party vendors.
• Develop and execute detailed project plans, managing timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Manage customization, configuration, and integration activities within Oracle Fusion modules.
• Oversee data migration, testing plans, quality assurance, and change management activities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of project management expertise.
• 5+ years of Oracle Fusion ERP experience.
• 5+ years leading Oracle Fusion modules in HCM, Finance, or Supply Chain.
• Technical proficiency with Oracle Cloud Fusion modules.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Jira, and Asana.
• In-depth understanding of HR and back office processes and best practices.
• Experience managing third-party vendors.
• Ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
